Uefa Nations League Final 2021

The UEFA Nations League Finals, an event Cube has been involved in since the inaugural event was held in Portugal in 2019, returned in 2021. This year, the UEFA football end-of-season spectacle was hosted by Italy and held at both the San Siro (Milan) and Juventus (Turin) stadiums.

Cube, revolutionizing the international sport and events industry with its market-leading and award-winning portable buildings, was contracted once again by Fanatics, UEFA’s official merchandise supplier, to provide merchandise structures for the event. Cube has a long-standing event services partnership with Fanatics, including the provision of merchandise infrastructure solutions for UEFA EURO2020, NFL London Games and F1 Grand Prix events.

Utilising innovative foldable container technology, Cube’s eco-friendly merchandise shop solution, specifically designed to enable quick and easy transportation, installation and relocation, has won many plaudits from across the globe.

Each unit, designed by our in-house tech design team, includes custom-made roller shutters, for security and safety, custom-made counters and tailored back-wall display units, as well as dedicated event-specific branding.

In total, Cube supplied five merchandise units to the two stadiums in Italy, all transported on just one articulated truck. Cube’s specialist on-event installation team were in charge of the transportation, installation and setup of the fully branded and fully fitted units, offering a complete turnkey solution. Returning after the event for the derig, the Cube team brought a full end-to-end solution to its client, Fanatics.

Cube’s merchandise solutions, similar to UEFA’s, offers events and venues, looking to increase their facility or temporary accommodation capacity in an environmentally conscious way, the perfect portable building solution to help meet sustainability targets. Due to their patented design, multiple units can be transported on a single truck, enabling huge savings on road haulage costs and equally impressive reductions in carbon emissions: a foldable building solution which offers an 80% reduction in logistical and storage costs, and a similar reduction in CO2 and GHG emissions, compared to traditional, fixed framed buildings.
